油茶籽粕中茶皂素和蛋白质同时提取工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了以油茶籽粕为原料,分别采用传统的水浸法和碱溶酸沉法同时提取皂素和蛋白质的工艺研究结果。结果表明,所采用的工艺简单可行;水浸法提取茶皂素的最佳工艺条件为液料比11:1,pH11,提取时间8h,提取温度80℃,提取率最高可达36.38%;碱溶酸沉法提取提取油茶籽粕蛋白的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:25,pH10,浸提时间130min,浸提温度60℃,提取率最高可达48.59%。

Abstract:The technology of the simultaneous extraction of saponin and protein from Camellia oleifera seed meal respectively using the traditional method of water extraction method and alkali extraction and acid precipitation method was introduced in this paper.The results showed that,the extraction technology was simple and feasible;the optimum extract conditions of tea saponin were the liquid feed ratio 11:1,pH 11,extraction time 8 h,extraction temperature 80 ℃,and the extraction yield could reach 36.38 ℃;the optimum extract conditions of protein were solid-liquid ratio 1:25,pH10,extraction time 130 min,extraction temperature 60 ℃,the extraction yield could reach 48.59%.
