芒果皮挥发性成分提取的SPME条件优化研究

摘    要:固相微萃取法(Solid-phase micro-extraction,SPME)提取台农1号芒果皮中的挥发性物质,结合气相色谱法进行分析。通过设计单因素实验和正交实验对萃取头种类、萃取时间、温度、NaCl、解吸时间进行优化。最佳萃取条件为:100μmPDMS萃取头,温度50℃、萃取时间30min、解吸时间6min,此条件下萃取获得总挥发物含量为50344.95μg/kg,异松油烯含量36676.22μg/kg,RSD分别为8.28%和6.53%。

Abstract:Volatile compounds of Tainong No.1 mango peel were extracted by solid-phase micro-extraction(SPME) and detected by gas chromatography.Through single-factor and orthogonal experimental design,the fibers,extraction time and temperature,sodium chloride concentration and desorption time were optimized.The optimal extraction conditions:coating type of 100 μm PDMS,50 ℃ water bath for 30 min,and desorption of 6 min.A total content of 50344.95 μg/kg of volatile compounds was achieved under the above conditions,as to terpinolene it was 36676.22 μg/kg.The RSD were 8.28% and 6.53% respectively.
