摘    要:建立了抑制电导检测-离子排斥色谱法同时测定6种有机酸(草酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、乙酸、丙酸)的方法,并用于检测山楂和乌梅中的有机酸含量。以METROSEP Organic Acids(250mm×7.8mm)为分离柱,以10mmol/L LiCl溶液和超纯水为抑制器再生液,淋洗液为0.5mmol/L H2SO4溶液+10%丙酮,流速0.6mL/min。6种有机酸在17min内能够全部出峰,线性方程的相关系数(R)在0.9988~0.9996之间,检出限在0.05~1.20mg/L之间,样品加标回收率在90.54%~112.86%之间。在山楂和乌梅样品中检测出了柠檬酸和苹果酸,其中柠檬酸含量较高。该方法适用于快速测定山楂和乌梅中的有机酸含量。

Abstract:A method was developed for determination of six organic acids(oxalic acid,citric acid,DL-malic acid,succinic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid),simultaneity,and it was applied to determine organic acids in hawthorn fruit and Ebony.Chromatographic separation was performed on a METROSEP Organic Acids(250 mm×7.8 mm) with Suppressed Conductivity Detection.10 mmol/L LiCl and the highest pure water were used as the regenerative solution.0.5 mmol/L sulfuric acid and 10% acetone was used for the eluent,the flow rate of which was 0.6 mL/min.Six organic acids could be separated absolutely in 17 minutes,the related coefficient(R) were between 0.9988 and 0.9996,the detection limits were between 0.05 mg/L and 1.20 mg/L,and the spike recoveries ranged from 90.54% to 112.86%.The citric acid and DL-malic acid were determined in hawthorn fruit and ebony,and the quantity of citric acid was the most.This method could be used to determine the quantity of organic acids in hawthorn fruit and ebony.
