水冷堆技术发展与我国核电开发战略

摘    要:本文对当今国际上各种新型堆的设计特征进行了概要性描述,分析了各国在开发中注意借鉴过去的成熟经验与技术。加强国际合作,追求安全可靠性与经济性的基本特点;同时,对我国核电发展的国际国内环境及我国核电技术开发现状进行了分析论述。提出我国在600MW攻关的基础上,近期开发AC-600压水推,随着核电设计技术与工业基础的发展,中期开发大型压水堆。并结合重水堆引进,兼顾重水堆核电技术跟踪研究的总体设想。

Abstract:This paper describes briefly the designing features on different kinds of new concept of reactors in the world.It shows some basic characteristics of international development,such as using proved experiences and technologies, incrementing international cooperation, seeking safety and reliability as well as economy. Meanwhile, it analyzes and criticizes the develop ment-environment of China's nuclear power.It also describes the status of the development of nuclear power technologies in China.At last,it is POinted out that we shall develop AC-600PWR desperately in near future, based on the research and development of 600MW nuclear POwer plant, and we shall also develop large scale PWR plant in future,along with the progress & development of our designing technologies on nuclear power and varieties of industrial basic ability,and then, we shall consider to learn the technologies of HWR (CANDU) to coordinate with the input of HWR nuclear Power plant.
