摘    要:本文介绍了某水泥厂将焙烧水泥熟料的回转窑系统改造为轻烧白云石系统的生产工艺流程,提出了基于PROFIBUS-DP网络的三级控制改造方案,给出了控制系统的结构框图和软件设计思想。实际运行结果表明,该系统稳定且有效。

Abstract:The technological process of a caustic calcined dolomite is briefly introduced.In the paper a new three levers control scheme based on the PROFIBUS-DP network is proposed.The block diagram of the control system and its software design is given.Its application demonstrates the high efficiency and stability of the system.
