| Abstract: | In the common diagnosis on machine failure,the dynamic balance should be carried out if the rotating machine failure is determined to be rotor dynamic non-balance.In accordance with the fan vibration feature of cooling water tower,the "benign non-balance"plan is put into practice in this paper.The vibration problem has been solved. |
