淀粉类高吸水性树脂制备工艺的研究

摘    要:以淀粉为原料,丙烯酰胺为单体,硫酸铈铵为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用接枝共聚法制备了高吸水性树脂。研究了单体与淀粉质量比、引发剂浓度、交联剂用量以及NaOH用量对产物吸水倍率的影响。实验结果表明:当单体与淀粉质量比为3:1,引发剂浓度为5.0mmol/L,交联剂用量为单体质量的0.20%,NaOH用量为单体质量的30%时,产物的吸水倍率可达1000倍以上。

Abstract:A superabsorbent polymer was prepared with starch as raw material, acrylamide as monomer, ammounium cerous sulfate as initiator, N, N'- methylene - bis - acrylamide as cross - linker by graft copolymerization. The effects of mass ratio of starch to monomer, the concentration of initiator,and amount of cross - linker and NaOH on water absorption ratio of the product were studied. The results showed that the water absorption ratio of the product was above 1 000 times under mass ratio of acryamide to starch 3:1, the concentration of initiator 5 .0 mmol/L, amount of cross - linker 0.20 % and amount of NaOH 30 % .
