聚酰亚胺废料回收的研究

摘    要:论文概述了聚酰亚胺废料对环境的影响 ,阐明聚酰亚胺废料回收的重要性。分析了现有的各种聚酰亚胺废料回收工艺的优、缺点。确定以改进完全水解法工艺为研究内容 ,摸索出较为合理的水解工艺和分离技术条件 ,使回收率提高到 95 %以上。对回收产物进行了分析 ,证实水解产物为预定产物均苯四甲酸和 4 ,4′—二氨基二苯醚。回收工艺避免了二次污染 ,把聚酰亚胺废料回收的工艺推进到实用阶段。

Abstract:The paper introduces the recovering method of polyimide waste. A lot of polyimide waste is produced while the polyimide as advanced material is developed quickly. Recovering the polyimide waste is necessary. There are several recovering methods of the polyimide waste, but the author selects the depolymerizing method at the condition of NaOH(or KOH) solution. The conditions of depolymerizing process, for example, the temperature, water volume, heating time are investigated. The recovering rate of polyimide waste is over 95% and nothing becomes the second pollution material. The recovering process is practical in industrialization.
