| 摘 要： | 介绍了用Modal-Loft纤维开发新一代性能优良的毛巾用纱的过程,根据纤维的性能特点对各工序工艺参数进行了合理配置,梳棉采用"低速度、轻定量、小张力"工艺原则,并条采用"大隔距、小张力"工艺原则.生产出的毛巾制品外观丰满,质地松厚,手感柔软,吸水快,储水量大,经多次洗涤不变硬.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the development of new generation of super quality towel yarn made of Modal-Loft,and based on its special properties,processing parameters of each process are optimized with "low speed,light set-weight and small tension" adopted in carding whilst "large gauge and small tension" used in drawing.The towel product made is of rich and bulk quality and out look,soft touch,fast absorb and large storage of water and remaining soft after repeatedly washing. |
