| 摘 要： | 回顾改革开放以来珠三角经历了城镇化启动、快速发展和稳定发展三大阶段，目前仍面临土地粗放利用和生态破坏、半城镇化地区发展滞后、分配与民生服务供给失衡等问题；采用定量与定性相结合的方法，从编制背景、规划内容、空间结构演变等分析了珠三角历次区域规划；针对珠三角新型城镇化呈现双核心空间结构、内外圈层和东中西部差异大、中心区和新城区的新型城镇水平较高等特点，提出对珠三角城镇群的发展构想。

The Development Research on New-type Urbanization in the Pearl River Delta Mega City-regions |

| Abstract: | Based on qualitative and quantitative research methods, this paper firstly reviews urbanization process of the Pearl River Delta from the beginning of the opening reform. It contains three stages of start-up, rapid and stable development. There stil exist several problems, such as extensive land use and ecological destruction, social lagging in semi-urban area and imbalance of distribution and public services. Secondly, from the perspective of planning background, content and spatial structure evolution, it sums up characteristics of five previous regional plans. Thirdly, using New Urbanization Index （NUI）, it evaluates spatial patterns of the Pearl River Delta from 1990-2010. There are dual-cores, great disparity between inside and outside circle, and higher level of NUI in centre and new districts. Last not least, three strategies for regional coordination are proposed. |
