摘    要:介绍了1 450 mm单机架六辊可逆冷轧机的构成和主要参数,详细阐述了基于TDC系统的基础自动化控制系统的硬件配置和实现的功能,说明了HGC、张力控制、厚度控制等主要控制方法。现场实际应用表明,TDC控制系统比基于S7-400的控制系统在控制精度和响应速度上更加优越。

Abstract:Structure and main characteristics of 1450mm single stand cold rolling mill are introduced. Hardware configuration and functions of automatic control system based on TDC are explained. And the main control methods include HGC, tension control, thickness control are also described. Combined with site application situation, the control system of TDC is superior to S7-400 in precision and response speed.
