| 摘 要： | 针对安钢1号、2号高炉水渣皮带机存在的如皮带机机头处回头料大、设计不合理等问题,实施机头增面滚筒移位、减少皮带机机头部位的回头料等措施,对水渣皮带机进行改进。改进后,不仅解决了皮带机存在的问题,提高了皮带机的使用寿命,而且取得了显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | As to the large hairpin material at the top of water slag belt conveyor and irrational design of No. 1, No. 2BF, the measure of head shift at additional surface of the drum is taken, and the hairpin material at the top of waterslag belt conveyor is also reduced. After the improvement, the problems are not only solved, the life of the beltconveyor is also improved, and remarkable economic benefits has been achieved. |
