金属电磁净化技术的发展与应用

摘    要:对金属电磁净化技术在国内外的发展情况以及发展趋势进行了综合评述。传统的金属熔体净化技术(包括熔剂净化、吹气净化、过滤净化、沉降净化、上浮净化、复合净化等)有除杂效率不高、稳定性不够和污染环境等缺点,对小尺寸夹杂物的去除较为困难。电磁净化技术是解决上述难题的有效措施,它是利用金属与非金属的导电性差异实现分离的,是一种物理分离技术。

Abstract:The traditional metal electromagnetic purifying technology, which includes flux purification, blowing purification, filtration purification, subsidence purification, floating purification, eompound purification and so on, has the defect of low efficiency, unstability and environmental pollution. Thus, it is more difficult to eliminate the inclusions of small size. Eleetromagnetic purifying technology is an effective measure to solve the above problem,which is a physical separation technology, using the metal and nonmetal conductivity difference to achieve separation.
