中国推进新型城镇化战略的思考

随着中国进入快速城镇化时期，传统城镇化道路逐渐显露出一系列的弊端。在国际形势与国内发展的推动下，城镇化转型发展成为必然，新型城镇化的概念也应运而生，并日益成为新时期关注的焦点和热点。推进新型城镇化应以新型工业化为基础，加快经济发展，提供城镇化发展新动力；以人为本，促进社会融合，建设包容性城市，推进基本公共服务均等化；推进生态文明，建设美丽中国，实现可持续发展的城镇化；推进体制创新，关注小城镇发展，提升小城镇发展活力。

Re-thinking the Development Strategy of New-type Urbanization in China

As China has entered a period of rapid urbanization, a series of urban problems are emerging. With the combination effects of the changing international situation and domestic development, the transition of urbanization is becoming more and more important. So, the concept of new urbanization is put forward, and is increasingly becoming the hot topic and focus of attention. The paper puts forward four strategies： to promote new urbanization based on new industrialization; to construct the inclusive city; to implement the strategy of sustainable urbanization; to boost the development of smal cities and towns.
