少渣冶炼工艺在邯钢的开发和应用

摘    要:邯钢在炼钢系统推行转炉少渣冶炼工艺,在冶炼过程中充分利用高碱度的终渣,在吹炼前期适当时机倒出脱磷渣再进行二次造渣,从而实现降低渣料和钢铁料消耗,降低生产成本的目的。应用该工艺后降低石灰消耗29.3%,转炉渣量减少32.8%,钢铁料消耗降低5 kg/t,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Han steel practices the less slag smelting process, which sufficiently uses the final stag with the high basicity during the process, dumping the dephosphorization slag at the appropriate opportunity of the blowing and reforming the slag, thereby reducing the slag, the iron and steel material and the cost of the production. The lime consumption reduces 29.3%, the amount of the slag reduces 32.8%, the iron and steel material reduces 5 kg/t after used the process, which brings a good economic benefit.
