| 摘 要： | 针对目前存在的实际站址与规划站址相差较大的问题，给出了一些建议。首先要建立多方负责的管理制度，避免由于工程建设周期压力而忽视网络规划成果；其次要采用多种手段方式，从站址获得、设备选型、美化天线等几个方面，灵活建站，提高实际站点与规划站点的吻合率。

| Abstract: | The construction of the mobile communication base station is the precondition of ensuring the mobile network service quality. Concerning the big differences between actual station site and planned station site, it gives some suggestions. Firstly, the management system of charging by multi-parties is established to avoid ignoring network planning result because of the pressure of project construction period. Secondly, varied methods are used to improve the accordance ratio of actual station site and planned site, including station site acquisition, equipment selection and antenna beautification. |
