| 摘 要： | 引滦入津工程运行20多年来,为天津市的发展起到了重要作用.工程从粗放的管理模式发展到今天重实战演练、重应急预案执行的综合能力管理考核,大大促进了工程管理工作的发展,也为今后的水管体制改革打下了良好的基础.

| Abstract: | Luanhe-Tianjin diversion project has played an important role in the development of Tianjin since it completed and ran of 20 years.Project management mode has been innovating,from extensive management to the comprehensive capacity management assessment of today's actual combat drills and contingency plans implementation.It also contributed the development of project management greatly and laid a good foundation of water management reform in future. |
