加快西北地区电力开发实施西电东送战略

对如何加快西北电力开发、实施西电东送，提出了建议。建议要拓展比西北地区更大范围的电力市场，提高西北电力在东部电力市场的竞争力，争取国家有鼓励西电东送的经济政策，西北电网实施750kV电压等级，尽早建设750kV试验工程等。

STRATEGY OF TRANSMITTING ELECTRIC POWER FROM WEST CHINA TO EAST CHINA

In this paper some proposals on how to speed up the development of power resources in Northwest China to implement the strategy of transmitting electric power from West China to East China are put forward, the proposals are as follows: to carve out a larger electricity market which manages the electric power trade in a larger area than Northwest area of China, to enhance the competition capability of the electric power from Northwest China at the electricity market in East China, to strive for the economic policy laid down by the government to urge the power transmission from West China to East China, to adopt the voltage grade of 750 kV in Northwest power network and build a testing project of 750kV as early as possible, etc.
