摘    要:以Higbie的渗透理论为基础,建立了多室气升式环流反应器体积传质系数的模型方程.用亚硫酸钠空气氧化法测定反应器的比表面积和体积传质系数,讨论了表观气速和催化剂浓度对它们的影响,并验证了模型的适用性。

Abstract:Model equation for the calculation of volumetric mass transfer coefficient in a multi-compartment airlift loop reactor was developed on the base of Higbie's penetration theory. Specific gas liquid interfacial areas and volumetric mass transfer coefficient were experimentally investigated with chemical method. The effects of superficial gas velocities and concentrations of catalyst on mass transfer property were discussed, and the agreement of calculated values and the experimental data was verified in this paper.
