电站锅炉结渣的模糊数学预示分析

摘    要:指出电站燃煤锅炉的结渣除与煤质本身特性有关外.还与锅炉结构及运行工况有关。并引火炉膛平均温度和无因大实际切国直径作为新的指标,同煤灰特性4个指标进行综合考虑,利用模糊模式识别的方法判断锅炉结渣。此新方法可预示大容量锅炉的设计及运行时的结渣程度。

Abstract:The slagging in coal - fired boiler of power plant concerns not only thecoal specific property but also the parameters of boiler structure and operation. Thispaper predicts boiler slagaing by tuzzy pattern recognition using the new parametersof average temperature in furnace and dimensionless actual tangcntial firing diame-ter together with the four parameters of coal ash specific property. This new methodcan be used in large-size boiler design and operation for slagging tendency predic-tion.
