摘    要:介绍了低压组合床重整装置投产运转近2年的能耗情况,对装置能耗进行了分析。针对生产运行中实际情况,为了节能降耗,提出了一系列节能措施,使装置单位能耗逐年下降,节能效果显著。

Abstract:This paper introduced the types of loss and the calculation method for evaporating loss, and also analyzed the reason of oil loss in detail. Considering the fact of Chemical Works No.1 of Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,SINOPEC, control measures had been put forward including establishing regulation, tightening equipment maintenance, selecting suitable types of tank and collecting and recovering oil steam.
