| 摘 要： | 分析了板边加工对保证焊管质量的重要性,介绍了常用的四种在线板边加工工艺.通过对在线铣边工艺的分析,指出铣边质量优于剪边质量,且可提高焊管成材率约1%,具有良好经济效益.随着钢厂轧制技术的不断提高,焊接钢管生产中板边以铣代剪工艺将广泛普及.

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the important of plated edge machined to quality of welded pipe,and introduces 4 kinds of on-line machining methods of plate edge.Through the analysis of on-line plate edge milling process,the article points out that the quality of milling procedure is better than cutting process,and milling process can increase the ratio of pipe/plate about 1%,also can creates good profits.With the developments of coil rolling technology,plate edge milling procedure shall be widely applied into the welded pipe production. |
