| Abstract: | This article states that the limestone as the furnace charge padded on the bottom lining have effects on desulphurizing, dephosphorizing, decarburizing and degassing during melting period,and introduces the influence of different power and furnace capacity as well as other operation conditions on the desulpurizing and degassing during early melting stage. |
