关于航天粉煤加压气化装置的生产运行与性能考核

摘    要:简述了单炉日处理原煤750 t、年产原料气(CO+H2)100万m3的航天粉煤加压气化示范装置的项目建设背景;介绍了装置的工艺流程;从原料输送、工艺操作、主要设备等方面分析了装置的技术特点;总结了装置投料试车、试车整改、稳定运行等阶段的生产运行情况;提出了装置有待改进的问题以及优化操作的建议。装置的72 h性能考核表明:装置的各项参数达到了较为先进的粉煤加压气化装置的水平,单位产品(粗醇)的各项消耗指标均优于设计值。

Abstract:Author has briefly introduced the construction background of the project which was the demonstrative plant of the pulverized coal pressure gasification useful for space flight with a raw coal treatment capacity of 750 t/a and with a synthetic gas capacity of one million m^3/a for single gasifier; has introduced the process flow of the plant ; has analyzed the technical features from aspects of raw material transport, process operation, main equipment etc. ; has presented the problems to be improved and the suggestions for the optimal operation of the plant. The running test of performance through 72 hours indicates that the various parameters reach relatively more advanced technology performance for pulverized coal pressure gasification, the various consume indexes are all better than design values for the unit product (coarse methanol).
