无线网络中基于信号强度的定位及算法比较

摘    要:定位是无线网络应用中的关键技术。分析了无线网络中基于无线信号强度(RSSbased)的定位原理,并对比了以下四种定位算法:基于无线信号传播模型(RSS-modelbased)的多点测距和最大后验概率估计算法;基于实测信号强度地图(RSS-mapbased)的点匹配和最大后验概率估计算法。通过室外实验对比了四种算法的定位精度以及数据点个数、信标点个数对定位精度的影响,并分析了四种算法的标定、计算量和存储量。结果表明较高的标定、计算存储代价以及数据点、信标点的增多可以显著提高定位精度。

Abstract:Localization is always a critical technology of wireless networks.This paper introduces the theory of RSS-based localization and analyzes four RSS-based localization algorithms:model-based multi-distance measurement,model based MAP(maximum a posterior),point-matching and RSS-map-based MAP.This paper compares their localization accuracy and the impact factors such as beacon number and data quantity on average accuracy by outdoor experiments.Further more,this paper analyzes their calibration complexity,computing intensity and storage quantity.The result indicates that higher cost of calibration,computing and storage as well as increasing quantity of data and beacon can obviously improve the localization accuracy.
