便携式血液净化装置参数校准仪的研制

摘    要:研制出一种可以实现多路参数同时检测的血液净化装置参数校准仪。仪器设计了与血液净化装置连接的一个回路装置,并将传感器连接在回路中,使透析液流经这个回路时,传感器就完成了各个参数的数据采集。为了方便检测、携带,电路部分在基于MSP430低功耗单片机的基础上采用集成化、模块化设计,采用高性能、小封装元件,实现了模块化、高精度、多功能、易便携的特点。仪器的电导率的不确定度为0.04 mS/cm,温度的不确定度为±0.1℃,压力的不确定度为±0.05 kPa,流量的不确定度为±20 mL/min,pH值的不确定度为±0.02。

Abstract:A parameter calibration instrument for blood purification device,which can simultaneously detect multi-path parameter is developed.The instrument includes a loop,which connects to blood purification device,and sensors are in the loop in series,so that while the dialysis is flowing through this loop,sensors can acquire data of various parameters.In order to realize convenience of detection and carring,the circuit part is designed using integrated modularization design based on MSP430 low-power consumption microcontrollers,high-performance and small-packaged components are used to establish a modular,high-precision,multi-functional,portable system.The uncertainty of conductivity is 0.04 mS/cm,uncertainty of temperature is ± 0.1 ℃,uncertainty of pressure is ±0.05 kPa,the uncertainty of flow is±20 mL/min,the uncertainty of the pH values is ±0.02.
