摘    要:讨论了新戊二醇(NPG)与PET单体的共聚反应,并用差示扫描热量分析(DSC)方法对共聚酯热性能和结晶性能进行分析.实验证明随着NPG的加入酯化和缩聚时间延长,乙二醇(EG)更容易被酯交换出来;DSC图谱显示,随着NPG含量的增加,共聚酯的冷结晶温度升高,熔点和结晶度下降.

Abstract:Discusses the copolymerized reaction between neopentyl glycol and the modifiers of PET.Thermal performance and crystallization performance of its copolymer are investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Experiment results have revealed that the time of esterification and condensation will increase with the adding of NPG;ethylene glycol(EG) is easier to be exchanged out than NPG.The DSC indicates that the cooling crystallization peak temperature(Tc) of the copolymer will rise,but its melting point(T_m) and crystallinity(Xc) will decrease with the content increasing of NPG in copolymer.
