船用柴油机排气冷却消声器总体性能研究

摘    要:排气冷却消声器是降低船用柴油机排气温度和排气噪声的有效装置.针对排气冷却消声器内部结构复杂,薄层环形通道多的特点,采用有限体积法计算并分析其内部流体流动和温度场,在此基础上使用有限元法计算并分析其声学特性.计算结果表明,消声器内部流场多处存在漩涡,在气流转折处设置导流环可以有效改善流体流动特性;消声器内部温度随气流的流向逐渐降低,消声器的冷却效果良好.由于温度的降低,声波在介质中的传播速度也随之降低,消声器的传递损失曲线向低频方向移动.

Abstract:Exhaust cooling silencers effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and exhaust noise of marine diesel engines.In view of the complicated internal structure and thin annular channels inside exhaust cooling silencers,the finite volume method was used to calculate the internal fluid flow and the temperature field,and then the finite element method was employed to calculate the acoustic attenuation characteristics of the silencer.The numerical results demonstrated that many eddies are generated inside the...
