摘    要:溢流关井的水击压力关系到能否关井,以及关井方式的选择。在对水击压力的基本计算方法进行讨论的基础上,推导出了直接水击压力计算式,分析了井口流速和水击波速对水击压力的影响规律。研究表明,水击压力随着水击波速、井口流速的增大而增大;“硬关井”、“软关井”、“半软关井”三种关井方式中,“硬关井”产生的水击压力最大,“软关井”最小;泡状流时的水击压力小于段塞流时的水击压力。这些认识对溢流关井水击压力的计算、溢流关井方式的选择等具有指导作用。

Abstract:The surge pressure of overflow well shut-in impacts whether well can be shut down and the choice of well shut-in modes. On the basis of the discussing the basic calculation methods of surge pressure, the calculation formula of direct surge pressure was fetched, the influence law of wellhead flow velocity and surge wave speed on surge pressure was analyzed. The research shows that surge pressure become bigger when surge wave speed and wellhead flow velocity increase. The surge pressure of hard shut-in is the highest, surge pressure of soft shut-in is the least. The surge pressure of bubble flow is less than that of slug flow. The results have directive function on calculating surge pressure of overflow well shut-in and the choice of overflow well shut-in modes.
