水对苯与长链烯烃烷基化反应中催化剂的影响

摘    要:考察了固体酸催化剂上苯与长链烯烃的烷基化反应,发现反应原料中存在的水以及催化剂本身所吸附的物理与化学水对该催化剂的活性有较大影响。但上述3种水的存在对该催化剂的选择性影响不太明显。随着对催化剂预处理温度的升高,催化剂表面B酸的量减少而强度增加,反应的活性也随之提高,同时,催化剂反应活性与原料中水的含量也呈负增长关系。利用热重、差热及程序升温脱附、色谱分析证明了水在此反应中对催化剂活性的影响,同时利用红外分析也说明了催化剂本身吸附的水降低了催化剂对苯、重烷基苯吸附能力的同时也减缓了重烷基苯的分解,水的这种作用可被认为是改变了催化剂表面的酸性质和酸强度。

Abstract:The alkylation reaction of benzene with long-chain alkene over solid acid catalyst was studied. It is found that the water which exists in reaction stock and physically and chemically absorbed by the catalyst has much effect on the activity of the catalyst. But the above-mentioned three kinds of water have slight effect on the selectivity of the catalyst. With the increase of the pre-processing temperature of the catalyst, the surface B acid content of the catalyst decreases, but the acid strength and activity increase. At the same time, it can be seen that the activity of the catalyst decreases when the water content in stock increases. It can be proved that water has effect on the activity of the catalyst in this reaction by the analysis of TG,DTA,TPD and chromategraph. At the same time, according to the analysis of IR, is seens that the absorbability of the catalyst to benzene and weigh alkylbenzen decreases. So, it can retard discomposition of weigh alkylbenzen. This kind of effect of the water can be considered to change the surface acid property and acid strength of the catalyst.
