新重庆图书馆使用了大空间结构的Y字型混凝土柱,具有强度高、结构复杂和钢筋密集的特点。在施工过程中,通过对C60高性能混凝土进行配合比设计,以及在现场施工全过程中对模板安装、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑、养护等各个环节实行有效控制,保证了施工质量。经质量检验,Y字型混凝土柱的外观质量优良,强度合格,耐久性好,达到预期效果。
