环境样品中烷基酚和双酚A的分析方法

摘    要:烷基酚和双酚A为两类常见环境激素类物质,对生态环境和人体健康都造成了严重危害,为了给环境工作者开展分析工作提供一定的参考,综述了环境样品中烷基酚和双酚A分析方法的最近进展.主要介绍了固相萃取和固相微萃取两种前处理方法、色谱和色谱-质谱联用技术两种分析测试方法,说明了各方法的特点及应用.

Abstract:kylphenol and bisphenol-A are two kinds of environmental hormone widely existing in environment do great harm to the environment and the human health. In order to provide some valuable references for the environment operator in the analysis work, recent advances of the testing methods of alkylphenol and bisphenol-A in environment samples are reviewed. The pretreatments are focused on the methods in common use at present, i.e., solid-phase extraction (SPE) and solid-phase micro extraction (SPME). The analysis technologies mainly include chromatography and the combined technology of chromatography and mass spectrometry. The principles, characteristics and applications of these methods are discussed.
