高速分散机结构对铸型涂料性能的影响

摘    要:比较了用不同结构高速分散机制得的铸型涂料的工艺性能,分析了叶轮、转轴及刮板结构与涂料性能的关系。结果表明:使用双转轴、双层斜齿式径向叶轮交叉设置,并附有可调刮板结构的高速分散机制备的铸型涂料具有更好的流变特性和悬浮稳定性。

Abstract:The technical performances of mold coatings made by different high-speed dispersing unit are compared. The relationships between coating performances and the structures of impeller, shaft and sweep board are analyzed. The results show that the mold coatings, which are mixed by high--speed dispersing units with double shafts, staggered double impellers and adjustable sweep boards, have better rheological characteristics and steadier suspension.
