温度箱入射窗方案与温度场模拟

摘    要:介绍了夜视仪可靠性试验中温度应力试验箱入射窗的结构方案,并通过其上的加热器加热避免低温造成内层窗口玻璃结霜,且确保光通道中温度梯度尽量均匀,计算加热器所需功率,并使用ANSYS软件对温度场进行模拟。

Abstract:The scheme of the incident window of temperature test chamber with imposing temperature stress in the night vision reliability test is introduced,it mainly used heat exchanger to avoid inner window glass frosting caused by the low-temperature,but to ensure that temperature gradient is small on the optical channel,calculate the needed power and use ANSYS10.0 to simulate the temperature field.
