| 摘 要： | 推行循环经济是实现我国可持续发展的重要手段.本文通过与循环经济发展模式的比较,阐述了建筑节能与循环经济的内在联系,提出按照循环经济模式发展建筑节能的新思路.在此基础上,分析建筑节能的外部性,并探讨了推动建筑节能的对策.

| Abstract: | To promote the Circular Economy greatly is the important ways to realize the sustainable development. Based on the compareations of building energy efficiency between circular economy develop mode, this paper expound the internal relationships of them. This paper further analyse the externality of building energy efficiency and put forward some countermeasures of promoting it. |
