摘    要:液压支架 (柱 )初撑力不足迄今尚未得到根本解决 ,过去分析研究这一问题时 ,对液压支架 (柱 )初撑过程供液系统中的瞬变现象重视不够而存在某些不足 .本文利用瞬态流理论和特征线数值计算方法分析研究了初撑过程中供液系统的动态特性 ,从中探讨了影响初撑过程的因素和初撑力不足的原因 ,为解决初撑力不足问题提供一定的理论依据

Abstract:The causes of insufficient force of powered prop have not been discovered fundamentally.There are some disadvantages when analyzing and studying in the past because of thinking little of the fluid transienting of feeding system in the setting.Dynamic properties of feeding system in the setting has been analyzed and studied in order to search for the factors of influencing setting and the causes of insufficient setting force on the basis of transient flow theory and by means of method of characteristic.It has provided theory basis for settling insufficient setting force problem.
