| 摘 要： | 研究了用钢轮滚压修整砂轮的成形磨齿法对加工硬齿面双圆弧齿轮齿形的影响 .形成磨钢精度靠砂轮的修整精度保证 ,解决了加工双圆弧齿轮经过渡曲面部分切除量不足 ,简化了砂轮截面廓形计算和截面修形的问题

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical calcula tion and the grinding process test,it studies the influence of steel wheel roll ing repair form profiles method for machining the tooth forms of the hard tooth flank double circular arc profiles.The form of the precision of grinded gear re lys on the repair precision of the grinding wheel,The inadepuate excision capac ity of the processing double arc?gear's transitional section is solved and the calculation and repair of the section of the grinding wheel i s simplified. |
