摘    要:利用活性污泥法对制药有机废水进行有机物降解实验。确定了最佳工艺参数:污泥种子为污水处理厂取样的干污泥,加入适量无机盐类,最佳温度20—30%,培养周期为一周左右,按n(BOD):n(N):n(P)=100:5:1的比例投加氯化铵、磷酸氢二钠营养液,持续供给微生物氧气,控制pH值为6~7。结果表明:培养出来的活性污泥具有较好的生物活性,对于BOD浓度2000~4000mg/L的制药有机污水,总BOD去除率一般在90%以上。出水BOD达到排放标准的50-100mg,/L。

Abstract:The optimal conditions were investigated and the activity of the activated sludge was tested. Through studies on factors affecting cultivation, the optimal conditions were selected: sludge was cultivated with necessary inorganic salt at 20 - 30℃ for more than 7 days [ n(BOD) : n(N) : n(P) = 100: 5:1 ], the optimal pH value was 6 - 7. The results demonstrated that under the above - mentioned conditions, the activated showed a high bioactivity and could be used to treat pharmaceutical wastewater. When treating wastewater with BOD concentration of 2000 - 4000 mg/L, the BOD removed rate was more than 90%, could meet the BOD standard requirement which was 50 - 100mg/L.
