泵上掺水工艺在孤东油田稠油油藏的应用

摘    要:稠油油藏现已成为孤东油田储量接替的关键 ,稠油产量直接影响着孤东油田的稳产。改善油井井筒流体流动条件的方法主要有热力、化学和稀释法等 ,化学降粘法和电加热法采油成本高 ,且在孤东油田无良好降粘效果的稀油资源 ,所以 ,应用了井筒抽油泵泵上掺污水工艺。通过软件模拟研究 ,优化了泵上掺水井的相关生产参数。现场共实施了 18口井 ,已累积增产原油 2 5 79.2t。

Abstract:Heavy oil reservoir has become the key of reserve replacement in Gudong oilfield. The heavy oil production directly influences the stable production in Gudong oilfield. The main methods of improving fluid flow conditions of wellbore are thermal, chemical, dilution ones and so on. Oil production cost in chemical viscosity break method and electric heating method is expensive. There isn't sufficient thin oil resource with viscosity break in Gudong oilfield. So waste water blending technology above wellbore oil well pump is used. Related production parameters of water blending well above pump are optimized through the research of software simulation. This technology is used in 18 wells of the field. Cumulative incremental oil is 2579.2t.
