微生物絮凝剂絮凝机理和絮凝形态的研究

摘    要:微生物絮凝剂高产菌株G15是本实验室分离、筛选和优化培养的优质菌株.为了进一步探讨该微生物絮凝剂的絮凝机理和絮凝形态,设计实验对该微生物絮凝剂的活性、热稳定性、絮凝过程中ζ电位的变化以及絮体的微观形态进行了深入研究.研究结果表明:该菌种所产絮凝活性成分主要为细胞的代谢产物,具有较强的热稳定性;在4g/L高岭土悬浊液中加入G15菌株产生的絮凝剂后,其℃电位从-36.27 mV显著上升至-12.97 mV,絮凝机理主要为压缩双电层和吸附架桥;从显微镜絮体照片可以看出,该絮体颗粒较大且结构密实,沉降性能良好,并且在形态上具有明显的分形特征.

Abstract:Experiments of flocculating mechanics and flocculation morphology were conducted using the high-bioflocculant to produce strain G15 which was isolated,screened,optimized and cultivated by our laboratory.The mechanisms of bioflocculant coagulation were observed and analyzed.The results showed that the active components of the Bioflocculant Produced by G15(BPG15) exist in deposition after centrifugation.The BPG15 has fairly better heat stability.The Zeta potential of colloidal particles in Kaolin suspending s...
