超高压容器自增强残余应力计算

摘    要:在对超高压聚乙烯反应器用钢AISI 4 340H进行详细力学行为试验研究的基础上 ,提出了新的双向幂函数残余应力计算模型。经与实际残余应力试验结果相比较 ,较其他计算模型有更高的准确性 ,适用于实际工程中自增强残余应力的计算。

Abstract:A new theoretical model for a high strength steel is proposed and a closed form solution of residual stress in autofrettaged ultra high pressure vessels is obtained Based on the actual material behavior (AISI?4340H),the results is demonstrated by experiments and can be used practically for the design of the domestic manufacturing ultra high pressure tubular reactor
