| Abstract: | The quality safety of vegetables,fruits and other agricultural products is aroused the concern of the whole society.It was becoming more and more necessary and pressing to control the risk of quality safety in their production phase and postharvest phases such as processing,packing,transportation,and so on,to establish and perfect the agricultural cold-chain logistics according will the situation of china,and formulate efficient,reliable,convenient and inexpensive products traceability systerm.The quality risks problems involved in before,during and after procedures of fruits,vegetables and other agricultural products,such as pesticide residues,luxury heavy metals,nitrate and nitrite exceeds bid,microbial pollution were proposed,and their reasons,index measuring methods and solutions were also reviewed in this paper. |
