甜叶菊甙提取液絮凝工艺技术研究

摘    要:以干制的甜叶菊叶茎为试验原料,研究甜叶菊甙提取液絮凝处理方法.采用单因素试验,寻找甜叶菊甙提取液絮凝工艺中絮凝剂添加量、溶液pH值、絮凝温度和絮凝时间4个技术参数的中心值,进而采用二次回归正交旋转组合试验优化技术参数.试验结果表明,在絮凝温度62℃,絮凝剂用量1.84%,溶液pH 7,絮凝时间68 min条件下甜叶菊甙提取液的絮凝效果较好,甜叶菊甙的收率为84.21%.

Abstract:With the dried leaves and stalks of sugar stevia as experimental materials,the flocculation conditions of rebaudioside extract were studied.Based on single factor experiments,the central values of four factors of flocculant dosage,pH,temperature and time in the flocculation processes for rebaudioside extract were observed,and the technical parameters were optimized by quadratic regression rotational combination experiments.As the results indicated,the optimum flocculant parameters were as following:floccula...
