摘    要:采用平板划线分离方法,从腐败年糕中分离得到疑似腐败菌.对分离、纯化培养获得的7株疑似菌进行16S rDNA基因序列测定及系统发育树分析等方面的分子鉴定,结果表明7株菌分为芽孢杆菌和短芽孢杆菌(RC1)2属.其中芽孢杆菌属中的6株菌又分为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(RC7)、芽孢杆菌(RC2)和枯草芽孢杆菌(RC3、RC4、RC5、RC6)3个种.

Abstract:Spoilage bacteria in the rice cakes were isolated by the streak plate separation method.Seven bacteria were purified and cultivated for molecular identification by 16S rDNA gene sequencing detection and phylogenetic tree analysis.The result showed that these strains can be classified as two genera,of Bacillus and Brevibacillus in which the 6 strains in Bacillus also could be classified as three species of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(RC7),Bacillus velezensis(RC2)and Brevibacillus agri(RC3,RC4,RC5,RC6).
