| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨黄芪多糖(Astragalus Polysaccharide,APS)对2型糖尿病大鼠脂肪组织葡萄糖转运蛋白4(glucosetransPorter4,GLUT4)蛋白表达的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组,APS高、中、低剂量治疗组。用药12周后,采用SDS-PAGE检测GLUT4蛋白质表达水平。结果:APS高、中剂量治疗组GLUT4蛋白表达高于模型组水平(p<0.01)。结论:APS可上调2型糖尿病大鼠GLUT4蛋白表达,从而实现其降血糖作用。

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To investigate the effect of astragalus poly saccharides on the protein expression of GLUT4 in adipose tissue of rats with type 2 diabetes.【Method】Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,and high,middle,low doses of APS groups.The protein expression of GLUT4 was determined by SDS-PAGE at the end of 12 weeks.【Result】The protein expression of GLUT4 increased in the middle and high doses of APS groups.【Conclsion】APS could decrease insulin resistance by increasing protein expression of GLUT4 in 2-DM rats. |
