| Abstract: | The concept and applicational situation of bovine colostrums were reviewed, its nutritional functions, physiological functions and its health-care-function were elaborated, and finally relative problems of development, countermeasures and its development were prospected. Results showed that it was one kind of the potential functional food raw materials. |
