氰化尾渣中金的回收及无害化处理试验研究

摘    要:湖南某地区的氰化尾渣中含有一定的氰化物、砷化物(0.42%)及少量的金(1.2 g/t),若直接堆存,不仅污染环境,而且浪费资源。该文采用浮选法对氰化尾渣中的金和砷进行了综合回收试验研究,其结果表明:氰化尾渣经再磨矿后,通过浮选工艺处理,所得粗金精矿中金品位为66.07 g/t,金回收率为63.06%,最终排放尾矿中砷质量分数为0.17%,砷回收率为70.37%。同时,尾矿中加入漂白粉后,经泵扬送至尾矿库,库内澄清水返回选矿厂循环利用,实现了尾矿废水零排放。

Experimental study on recovering gold from cyanidation tailings and biosafety disposal
Abstract:A kind of cyanide tailings containing certain amount of cyanide and arsenic compounds (0. 42 %) and a small amount of gold (1. 2 g/t) from Hunan,if stocked directly,will not only pollute the environment,but also be a waste of resources. The paper carried out experimental research on comprehensive recovery of gold and arsenic from cyanidation tailings with flotation process. The results show that after grinding,the cyanidation tailings are treated by flotation,obtaining rough gold concentrates with gold grade of 66. 07 g/t;gold recovery rate is 63. 06 %;mass frac-tion of arsenic in final discharged tailings is 0. 17%;arsenic removal rate is 70. 37%. Meanwhile,bleaching powders are added to the tailings which will be pumped up to the tailings pond where clear water is recycled into ore-dressing plant,achieving zero emission of wastewater.
