摘 要: | 内蒙古太平矿业有限公司长山壕金矿矿石属于少硫化物含金原生矿石,入选金品位0.5 g/t左右,为典型的特大规模、低品位原生矿黄金矿山。为适应矿山发展,对其进行了工程扩建,设计采用常规三段一闭路破碎+堆浸+炭吸附+解吸电解+冶炼工艺流程,矿石处理量由3万t/d扩建至6万t/d,且生产实践取得了较好的技术经济指标。通过对其工艺设计过程的总结分析,为低品位黄金矿山资源的开发利用提供借鉴。

Design practice of super large-scale gold heap leaching yard |

Abstract: | The ores from Changshanhao gold mine of Inner Mongolia Taiping Mining belong to low sulfide content primary gold-bearing ores.The grade of ores entering into separation process is around 0.5 g/t.The mine is a typical super large-scale low grade primary gold mine.For better development of the mine,an expansion project has been con-ducted.A regular 3-stage crushing circuit with the last stage closed-heap leaching-carbon adsorption-desorption e-lectrolysis-smelting flowsheet is designed,increasing the ore treatment capacity from 30 000 t/d to 60 000 t/d.The production practice achieves satisfactory technical index.The summary and analysis of its design process provide refer-ence for the utilization of resources in low grade gold mines. |
