掘进工作面通风除尘的试验研究

摘    要:巷道掘进过程中通风是必不可少的,而通风参数对掘进工作面除尘效果的影响至关重要。为了研究通风参数对除尘效果的影响,首先标定出模型试验风机不同的风量,并对风量、距离工作面的长度、通风时间进行正交试验设计,然后分别实施凿岩、爆破的通风除尘试验,得到试验结果再进行方差分析和计算。通过分析和计算通风除尘试验结果得出方差分析表,确定影响凿岩通风除尘参数的风量是显著性影响因素,风筒距掘进工作面的距离是特别显著性影响因素;爆破后通风除尘参数的风量是显著性影响因素。最后得出实际工作面通风除尘参数的最佳方案。

Experimental research on ventilation and dust removal in heading face
Abstract:Ventilation is essential in the excavation of drifts and the ventilation parameters play an important part in the effectiveness of dust removal in heading face.In order to study the effect of ventilation parameters on dust re-moval,the paper first calibrates different blow capacity of the experimental fan model and then conduct the design of orthogonal tests on the blow capacity,the distance from the heading face and the blow time.After that,the dust removal tests in the process of drilling and blasting are carried out respectively and the results are processed by variance analy-sis.A tabled variance analysis is obtained,which indicates the blow capacity is a prominent influencing factor and the distance from the heading face is an extra prominent influencing factor in the process of drilling;while the blow capac-ity is a prominent influencing factor in the process of blasting.Finally,the optimal plan of ventilation parameters for dust removal in actual workface is obtained.
