四方金矿解吸电解装置改造实践

摘    要:针对四方金矿选矿厂高温高压无氰解吸电解装置"超期服役",存在安全隐患的问题,通过改造更换新解吸电解设备,钢棉被可重复使用的美国进口阴极网替代,电解槽由需要工人进入起金泥的的方式变为自流排放,在解决了安全隐患的同时,降低了工人劳动强度。保留了卸炭管道采用变径的方式,确保堵塞后能够及时得到解决;极板面积增加89%,解吸率提高了2.69%并稳定了工艺指标。

Renovation of desorption electrolyzer in Sifang Gold Mine
Abstract:The exhausted high temperature and pressure cyanide-free desorption electrolyzer deployed in the oredressing plant of Sifang Gold Mine has underlying safety problems.To deal with that,the desorption electroyzer is renovated and updated,steel fibers are replaced by imported cathode screen from America,and the manual feeding is replaced by the manner of self-flow.The renovation not only solves safety problems but also reduces labor intensity.The diameter altering is still adopted of carbon discharge pipes,ensuring timely solution of plugging.The area of the plates is increased by 89 % and the desorption rate by 2.69 %.The process index is steady.
